How to Use CBD for Anxiety
As everyone is different, many Healthnetics CBD customers experience results by alternating the way they take the drops. We believe the drops are best administered by placing 1/4 dropper under the tongue 2 to 4 times per day or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Hold under the tongue for 20 seconds before swallowing.
Other customers try taking a 1/2 dropper in the morning and a 1/2 dropper at night. You may see optimal results with this method.
